The tan and dark red used on this building makes it look like chocolate*. It's OK if your mouth waters a little....go on, have a taste**.


*Not really, brown would look a lot more like chocolate but my reaction word to lots of dark red used on something is usually "Yum!".

Jojo shows us the untold story of Agamamnon's untimely death in this creation. I guess he should have left his helmet on eh? The scene is so humourous that we nearly forget that there are a lot of other things going on in it. Firstly your eye is drawn to the vase in the forground and then skitters over the characters to that really nice rolling pin. Perhaps slightly anachronistic but who cares right? Next is that shelf where you say to yourself "oh yeah, I've thought about that but never really found a place to use it."

I'm a social snob

Do you have people in your life, even if they're periphery people, that you just don't care to talk to or generally spend any kind of time around? I'm not ashamed to say that I do. These people are friends of my wife's friends or parents of said friend and such. There is no other connection than that and I'm not sorry to say it but most of the time these people are nothing but a drain on my time, energy and words*. Of course there are times when I don't mind being around these people but then one of them says something that reaffirms that I just don't care to be there. Off to the next thing; thank goodness there is usually another room to go into.


*Unless I'm in a conversational mood, I'm what you might call 'a man of few words' so please don't make me waste them. If I don't feel like speaking, I'm not a good speaker.

Hahaha! This is a prize? Making the winner possibly spend thousands of dollars because now they'll need a new cabinet to house this double wall oven, a new cabinet where their range was because they don't need *that* oven anymore so you may as well just get a built in cooktop and oh yeah, while your replacing your countertop to accommodate that cooktop...you may as well go ahead and get that laminated granite. Uh oh, with that new oven the fridge and dishwasher look pretty out dated so we may as well get new ones, the dishwasher was probably on it's last legs anyways. Gawd, I love my job!

"I just have to share this: Apparently one of my co-workers just discovered today that dinosaurs were FUCKING REAL! This woman is in her early 40s and thought this whole time that dinosaurs were invented for the movies.

I think her shock at this discovery is overshadowed my my shock at discovering SHE DIDN'T KNOW GODDAMN DINOSAURS WERE REAL!"
